Neha is an agile thought leader and seasoned professional with over 16 years of industry expertise in managing large-scale operations and corporate strategy. She began her career with Marriott International, quickly rising to become Resident Manager. She went on to hold leadership roles at The Ascott Limited, Della Adventure & Resorts, and Sterling Holidays, where she managed strategic goals across 2,143 units. Neha co-founded WishYogi, an AI-driven guest engagement and upselling platform for hotels, and later launched Personifwy, a SaaS-based employee experience platform focused on real-time employee sentiment and business outcomes for mid-market and enterprise segments. A graduate in Hospitality Management from the University of Huddersfield, she also holds an Executive Program degree from the Haas School of Business, Berkeley.
